We collect personal data only through the early access request form on this website. The following fields are submitted when you complete the form:

• Institution name — the name of your museum or cultural institution
• Your name — the name of the person submitting the request
• Email address — used to respond to your request
• Notes (optional) — any additional information you choose to provide

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or any third-party scripts that collect personal data. We do not collect data passively from visitors who do not submit the form.

We process your data on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): By submitting the early access form, you consent to being contacted by Muunie regarding our founding partner program.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): We have a legitimate interest in maintaining records of institutional inquiries for business development purposes. This interest does not override your rights and freedoms.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the address below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We use the data you submit exclusively to:

• Respond to your early access or founding partner inquiry
• Keep you informed about the Muunie founding partner program
• Schedule follow-up conversations if requested

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not use your data for marketing purposes unrelated to Muunie.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to manage your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

If no business relationship results from your inquiry, we will delete your data within 24 months of your last interaction with us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We use two sub-processors to operate this website:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) — website hosting via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement consistent with GDPR requirements, including Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.
• Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) (San Francisco, CA, USA) — email delivery of form submissions. Resend acts as a data processor and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), providing a valid legal basis for transfers of personal data from the EEA to the United States. No other third parties have access to the personal data you submit through this website.
